The housing development at Sunlight Mews consisted of 25 houses and 2 apartments. The whole development was built as a private development and then sold off plan to a Housing Association. The development was built on an old laundry site which created some issues such as a deep well on site for which engineering solutions had to be designed to allow the project to continue.
