This project in Chislehurst, Bromley is a luxurious 5 large bedroom house all with ensuites and state of the art home automation. The property also has a cinema room and a huge open plan living area to on the ground floor with a beautiful bespoke kitchen and lounge area with glazing along the entire back of the house bringing the garden views inside.

The existing property on the site was to be partially kept as a condition of planning which made this build extremely challenging due to the extent of the structural changes to the building that were required.
To date the structural work has been complete and we are entering into the second fix and finishes stage of the project.

This project utilised interior designers and master craftsmen to create top class bespoke finishes including a bespoke, Kitchen, Staircase, Dressing Room, Internal Doors and much more.
Home Automation
The electrical package on this project included state of the art technology with its Lutron home automation system. Literally everything electrical in the home, from lights to music and even the electric blinds could be controlled from touch pads throughout the house.
Renewables
With 8 inset Photovoltaic cells in the roof which looked stylish and produced enough electricity to supply the house this house does its bit for the environment. To top that off we installed a 50mm external wall insulation beneath the render finish to reduce heat and energy waste.
