As a project manager TREC Developments Director Andrew Taylor, was tasked with building a large housing development for a client. The development consisted of 25 houses and 2 apartments. The task had various constraints including a tight timescale and tight budget.
Utilising the most up to date construction management systems in procurment, programming and commerical management and a work force of expert tradesmen the project was buit within the alloted time constraint and within budget.

New drainage including a 150litre attenuation tank and surface water pumping station was put into the ground under the new road
New Photvoltaic cells were fitted to each dwelling providing 1.5kw of power to each property and helping keep energy bills low reduce carbon emitted into the atmosphere
Each property was built to the highest possible standards and signed off by both local authorirty building control and the NHBC
